Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at pastball.us@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly label the package with the RMA number and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.
